1. Who runs this site

mybikes.ge is a classifieds site for buying and selling motorcycles in Georgia. It is run by a private individual, not a registered company.

2. What mybikes.ge does, and does not do

We host listings. We do not own, inspect, store or sell any of the motorcycles on the site.

Every sale happens directly between the buyer and the seller. We are not a party to it, we take no commission on it, and we do not handle payment or delivery between you.

We do not verify that a listing is accurate or that a seller owns the bike. Check the motorcycle and its documents yourself before you pay anything.

3. Your account

You must be 18 or older to create an account.

Keep your details accurate and your password to yourself. Anything done from your account is treated as done by you.

One person, one account.

You can ask us to delete your account at any time through the contact form.

4. Posting a listing

Only list a motorcycle you own or are authorised to sell.

Describe it honestly: the real price, the real mileage, the real condition, and photos of that actual bike.

Your phone number is shown publicly on your listing so buyers can call you. Do not post a number you do not want shown.

Take the listing down once the bike is sold.

5. What you may not post

• anything you do not have the right to sell
• false, misleading or duplicated listings
• someone else's photos, text or phone number
• stolen vehicles, or bikes with unclear paperwork
• contact details written into the photos to get around the site
• abuse, spam, or anything illegal under Georgian law

We can edit, hide or delete any listing and suspend any account that breaks these rules, without notice.

6. Paid placement (VIP)

VIP and VIP+ lift your listing to the top of the homepage for a set period. It is a visibility service; it does not guarantee a sale.

Paid placement is charged from your account balance and starts as soon as you buy it.

Because it starts immediately, paid placement is not refundable once it is running. That includes if you delete the listing yourself, if the listing is removed for breaking these terms, or if the bike sells early.

7. Balance

Balance is credited to your account and can only be spent on services on this site.

Balance is not money on deposit: it cannot be transferred to another user and it does not earn interest.

8. Our liability

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and correct, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free.

We are not responsible for the condition, legality, safety or description of any motorcycle, for what a buyer or seller says or does, or for any loss arising from a deal made through the site.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Georgian law.

9. Content and intellectual property

The design, code, name and logo of the site belong to us. Do not copy or scrape them.

Photos and text you upload stay yours. By posting them you allow us to display them on the site and use them to promote your listing.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date it last changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the update.

Georgian law applies, and the Georgian courts settle any dispute.
